Within the area of Szprotawa Forest District there are also forests managed by other owners.

State forests managed by Szprotawa Forest District Inspectorate cover the area of 19 124.28 ha whereas forests not owned by the State Treasury cover 694 ha, including 623 ha of forests owned by natural persons and 71 ha owned by legal persons.
